We understand that a new patient arriving at a healthcare facility for the first time may experience some anxiety. This is expected because they are concerned about their health, they’ve never met the professionals, and they may not know what to expect during their visit.
Our aim is to make your first experience with us as easy and comfortable as possible. Dr. Mayer and the Avon Integrative Health Center professionals will spend time with you, to discuss your health concerns and services available. Office forms can even be downloaded and completed before your visit with Dr. Mayer.
